As the title shows we are closing to the end;
Mark and Rebecca came in near bedtime with
much to talk about and enticing refreshments.
Ellie and I told a lot of tales about the old judge,
and much more.
When they realized I was about to retire, they decamped.

Good news when Mark and Rebecca showed out walking from their place just after we had eaten supper and were about to start the evening flick. 

Best was that Rebecca had gone to her new job above the bookstore.  They fooled around a while and headed back a mile or so to their place.

Good dinner with the four of us; Ellie worked hard, with Rebecca helping. They fried fish and made hushpuppies. She made a big bowl of potato salad.

Mark and I agreed to watch the Maltese Falcon, which we all did.
They got into a lively conversation about movies, while I was getting ready for bed.

Ellie and I have managed to get much work on the large tv that Mark bought for us.

Basically we can handle much but not all, some times it reverts to the computer.

Yesterday we brought back our old desktop and it looks beautiful.
Mark worked on our other computers.

Today is Sunday! We'er going to the meeting in Gainesville with Mark and Rebecca. Yesterday they spent the day moving some of our excess furniture into the condo they leased for 7 or 8 months.

Sunday:
We four drove to the meeting at Gainesville; we had a great meeting with speakers Anne, Ellie, Tim  Forgety, I sang  'That  Cause' , Gary Arthur and several others, a bang up meeting.
